Our mission

Brave Legal is a boutique, highly experienced personal injury law practice with a clear mission – to help restore the lives of our clients after an injury.

We understand that suffering an injury or illness caused by someone else’s negligence can be an extremely difficult and traumatic experience. Navigating the legal process to obtain compensation can seem daunting. Our caring and compassionate approach, combined with our expertise and tenacity, ensures we achieve exceptional outcomes for our clients.

We are committed to obtaining the maximum financial compensation possible for all our clients but, just as importantly, we are dedicated to providing the support necessary to make the legal process as simple and stress free as possible.

Our expertise

Brave Legal was founded by Principal Lawyer Bree Knoester who has over 18 years’ experience as both a barrister and as a solicitor.

Bree is also one of Australia’s most awarded personal injury lawyers, being one of only a select few to be recognised by Doyle’s Guide as a ‘Preeminent practitioner’ in the areas of both work injury compensation and dust diseases compensation. Bree was also named personal injury litigation ‘Lawyer of the Year’ in the 2023 edition of the Best Lawyers in Australia guide.

No Win, No Fee

We provide expert advice to assess and maximise your legal entitlements on a no-win, no-fee basis.

This means you will only be required to pay legal fees if we achieve a successful outcome.

We work on the basis that you deserve to receive the majority of your compensation and we will reduce our fees where necessary to ensure this is the case.
